Emily Moeschler

Hello, I'm Emily! I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). With a deep commitment to health equity, sustainability and environmental conservation, I believe the well-being of our planet, communities and ourselves is fundamentally interdependent. 


I am an avid outdoors enthusiast who has lived in the mountains of Colorado for over 15+ years. Skiing, hiking, paddling and fly fishing are among some of my passions, and I cherish spending free time outdoors with my husband and our Australian Cattle Dog, Tank.


I hold a bachelor’s degree in Adventure Education and Ecopsychology and a master’s degree in Environmental Leadership and Sustainability, with 15+ years of experience supporting purpose-driven organizations in strategic planning, change management, and leadership development across the environmental and social impact sectors.


Wellness coaching is a bio-individual journey that fosters transformative change through confidence-building experiences. For me, it also means honoring our deep connection with the natural world. By supporting both individual and collective well-being, I believe we can also strengthen our ability to advocate for the planet.
